I was wrong.
I didn’t have 3 weeks – or even 4. Rather, my waters ruptured a day after my last blog post and I ended up in hospital waiting to hit 37 weeks so we could safely evict my impatient little pork chop. Four very long and dull days in hospital later, baby Thomas rocked up a whole 20 days early, perfectly healthy and cute as a button.
As you can imagine, the last month has been absolutely crazy and, with the early unexpected arrival, I didn’t get much of an opportunity to get things done. Now, with a baby who prefers to sleep on mummy rather than in his cot, I’m attempting to be productive while holding a baby!
(For the record, Photoshop is very difficult to work with one-handed. I have to work through the menu and mouse rather than use all those nifty short cuts. So frustrating! #firstworldproblems)
Here’s a mini kit I managed to make while juggling a baby:
Happy scrapping!

Congratulations, Trish! Healthy baby, healthy mama… what a blessing. Thanks for thinking of us and making a lovely mini kit for the blog train. I know you must be exhausted. Be sure to take care of yourself so you can take care of your loved ones!
Thank you so much. I hope you enjoy the kit 🙂
Beautiful kit Trish! And Congratulations! I somehow missed completely that you were pregnant! So happy to hear of the safe arrival of baby Thomas. And I know all about working with Photoshop with a baby and only one hand! 😉 Enjoy your new bundle of joy!
Congratulations! And thanks for the freebie.
Welcome to the world, little one! I’m sure you’ve turned your family’s house upside-down with your arrival, but I’m equally sure they are absolutely delighted to have you here to love and snuggle with. Tell your mama congratulations for me! I’m immensely impressed that she was able to design anything right now, but I thank her for it! 😉
Congratulations!!!

Congratulations on your sweet baby boy! We have a new grandson due in July and are very excited about it. His brother has blue eyes and red hair. Thank you for this mini kit – love, love, love it!
Congrats, glad you are both healthy! Thanks for the fabulous freebie. I, too, know the difficulties of juggling photoshop and baby at the same time!
